Often, friends, family members or random dudes ask me what is my training program. What should I do to have results like you? But the answer is not so simple because I was not following a well-known training program. Well… until now…
I have read most books and website on the subject and based on the principles that stand behind the elements that bring results; I have designed my programs.
Yes, it took a while to make it work, but I’m an INTJ and analyzing, fixing and designing system is what I love to do. I’m always working on my program, improving my system and experimenting with new stuff. It’s fun, it’s like a hobby for me.
I found that one of the biggest problems with the fitness industry is that it is saturated with bullshit.
Of course, their motivation is to make money and the big money is in selling supplements.
If people were following a program that makes sense, they would then have an acceptable result which in turn would pretty much eliminate the need for the entire fitness supplement industry altogether.
Why would you pay $30 to $60 per month for a tub of the product if you already had a good result without it?
Plus 1 product is never enough… You have to buy more. They work in combo! Right!
A countless number of people spend over $100 each month buying supplements they don’t need simply because they follow a bullshit training program.
But, I’ve tried everything Chuck and I’m still not making any gain!
Well, the problem is, you tried 12 different mainstream methods all designed to make you buy more fucking supplements.
I swear, about 80% of what is written on the subject is pure bullshit, backed by fake “scientific studies” done on 12 college students part of a football team at some random university.
If it’s not Randomized, Double-Blind Controlled on at least 500 participants, just forget about that. It’s not science, it’s marketing.
Furthermore, the programs written by the pro bodybuilder are great, if … you’re on steroid!
Yes, that’s right, that’s why it works for them and not for you. It’s no secret that those guys are on the juice all year long.
When you train naturally, you must train in a way that optimizes your own hormone levels.
Conversely, when you’re on juice, it doesn’t matter, your hormones are shut down and replaced by a supra-physiological dose of synthetic testosterone-like drugs.
It’s been a while now I wanted to write my own no-B.S book about it, but I didn’t have time yet to prepare a quality product. It does take a lot of time and my schedule is pretty saturated.
Has a result, I never had a simple answer to that question: What would be a good program for me?
But I have one now: Simple, just grab a copy of Body of a Spartan by Victor Pride.
I like Victor’s program for a couple of reasons:
- Quality product, agreeable to read, with nice color pictures.
- Direct to the point, no need to read 357 pages to get what could have been written in 30.
- No politically correct bullshit. Victor doesn’t tell you, want you want to hear, but what you need to hear.
- It delivers the result your looking for.
It is also true that you can achieve a good result with a different approach, but what I’m saying is that the Spartan Training by Victor is one of those things that work. So, if you’re still looking, search no more it’s here.
Instead of wasting all that precious time and money on supplements and nonsense “scientifically proven” program for juiced up bodybuilders that don’t bring any result to natties, make yourself a favor and get Victor’s Program.
Personally, I was plateaued on another freaky hard-core program, that worked with all the right ingredient, and now I’m very happy with the gains provided by Victor’s twist.
It’s a breath of fresh air to have something new that works so well.
Bottom line, I recommend it for a beginner, the intermediate and advanced trainee has the book contain a version for each level.
Until I write my own program, this is the one I recommend for the Alpha visiting my site.
Spartan Up, until next post!
