Some people really do have a superpower. I am not joking here, how would you call an aptitude that would allow you to have superior results over 90% of people around you? An aptitude that would certainly convey you success in pretty much whatever you are going after.
Yes, that would be a real superpower!
Such an adaptable skill would certainly deserve the title of superpower much more than some stupid shit power you can see in the comic books or movies like laser firing eyes, super fast running or the ability to see dead people, things that are very unpractical in real life.
Even flying like Superman would not automatically make you a winner. People could still call you the “Flying Douche”.
Here is a list of the superpower that I have relentlessly worked to develop because they really put you on the path of success.
Keep in mind that I am not born with any of them and that I need to work on them continually to keep them sharp as a razor blade, but believe me the efforts worth it.
With enough focus, you can achieve anything. Yes, even you, with enough focus, you could build a company that develops space rocket just like Elon Musk.
After all, how do you think he did it?
Your brain is very powerful and the way to exploit all of his horsepowers is to focus your entire mind on a precise objective.
You speak about it to other people, you dream about it at night, you draw it on paper, you explain it to your girlfriend, you make it your entire life.
That’s how Michael Jordan became a multimillion dollars NBA superstar. There was only one thing on his mind since he was a kid, Basketball.
The secret of his success is simple, he played basketball many hours every single day and besides, he watched basketball, talked basketball, dreamed basketball.
The more you practice your focus the more you will get better at it.
Do not think about it as you have to sit at a desk for hours just focusing on homework.
It has to become part of you. Where ever you are, you think about your goal. You might find the solution while brushing your tooth or while doing your grocery. The logo on the orange juice box might contain the answer to the 1 million dollars question you are looking for.
Having focus is putting all what you are in alignment with your objective, all the time until you reach it.
Someone who can develop great focus will just leave everybody else behind in a matter of a few months.
Paradigms are conceptual model of reality. It is our own internal map of what we think the reality is. New information about the world is received by your senses, processed, modeled and then merged with our current model.
The key thing to understand is that in truth, nobody is really experiencing the ‘real’ world. The real world is probably in fact just a bunch of ‘energy waves’ or something like that. We only experience our own model of reality.
When we deal with other people, we interpret what is coming from their own model and decode trough our own model and that is where relationship and communication problems come from.
Now, if you can be aware of that fact in all the things you do, it gives you a unique and powerful perspective. Any problem can be turned into an opportunity and you can convince anybody about anything if you can understand what is their paradigm or make them understand yours.
As an example, just by repeating, some bullshit statement over and over again, you can make other people or yourself, believe it is real. That how the elites control what people think, with mass media, school, etc…
Con artist uses this skill to convince you to give them all you are saving and it’s also because of your paradigm that a placebo, which is just a sugar pill, can cure you of a disease.
Make sure to keep that in mind and see how by shaping your paradigm you can shape your reality.
If you still do not really understand how to change your paradigm. Read: Choose a better beliefs-vehicle to succeed in life.
Not caring what others think.
If you care about what others think you will never achieve anything great unless everybody you know are super great, hyper-successful peoples.
Until you make your dream come true, other people around you will always tell you that it is impossible, that you cannot do this, that you better forget about it and get real.
Basically, they do not want you to succeed more than them because it will make them feel like bad.
Most of your friend and acquaintance are people at your current ‘level’; they do not want you to elevate yourself to the next level because they fear you will leave them behind and replace them by a better friend.
It would bring into the light their own incompetence and lack of vision.
If they do not see it in their mind, then they cannot believe it is real, for them it is only a stupid dream of yours. Unless you are a ‘Paradigm god’ already, you will most likely never convince them anyway.
Because of that, if you care about what others think you will always stay stuck in the same mud they are and never move forward.
Discipline equal freedom, says Jocko Willink, and this is very true. Discipline is the opposite of procrastination. To make things happen, to move forward, to prevent problems, to be on top of things, you need to take action on things you don’t really want to do.
That is where procrastination kicks in.
I’ll do it another day!
Day after day after day … until you forget about it.
I don’t feel do to that or I don’t absolutely need to do this.
At that point, all our creative power is used to generate the bullshit reason you need to justify sitting on the couch. In the modern world, procrastination is the ultimate weakness creating bad habit and most people are addicted to procrastination.
Next thing you know you’re procrastinating about everything that you do not feel to do. Which is pretty much everything that matters for you to be successful.
Discipline completely destroys procrastination. It is like nuking it with a Russian TSAR bomb.
Both habits cannot coexist together. When you do one, the other fades out.
Make a to-do list, go through, and mark them done.
You don’t feel to do it? Shut your mouth little bitch and do it anyway!
All those things that if you do each day would bring you amazing benefit in the long term, like those important but non-urgent things, for example: eating good food, strength training, reading, working on your business, teaching your kids, are the seeds you plant today that will bring you success tomorrow.
Put them on the schedule; be disciplined about it and tomorrow you will be miles away in front of your competitors.
Cultivating strength like our pre-Christians ancestors were doing is like a superpower in a world where being a multicultural, gender fluid hipster worried about global warming is the last popular trend.
You don’t need to try to project a phony air of manhood with a beard, a tattoo, and a 120$ lumberjack look-alike shirt from Gap!
When you’re truly strong, people can see and feel your strength just by looking into your eyes and that even if you wear a pink Justin Bieber t-shirt.
Nobody ever fucks with someone stronger than himself and because of that, it will prevent you so many problems.
Believe me, the benefits are countless and it’s not that hard in a society where 75% of your competitions are a bunch of gender fluid weaklings.
Physical and mental strength are what will make you a survivor next time the shit will hit the fan and in the meanwhile, people will respect you, not fuck with you and it will attract women like shit attract flies.
In addition, working on your strength all your life makes you age like wine.
While most people get fatter, weaker and accumulate psychological issue over the years, you are getting stronger and more resilient.
Has their value goes down, yours goes up. Once you reach your mid 30’s you start to see how this situation is turning more and more to your advantage.
